Tasks and Responsibilities:

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Maintain club cleanliness standards per Crunch SLA protocol to provide 10-Member Experience at all times
- Greet all members and guests with a smile and occasional high-five to encourage and inspire member utilization and repeat visits
- Perform cleaning activities in accordance with the cleaning playbook, checklists, and special projects as detailed by Manager on Duty
- Support club-level services and amenities utilization readiness through regular and consistent usage evaluation while on shift
- Operate with a sense of urgency to ensure cleaning requirements are completed in a timely manner
- Report all equipment and facility concerns to Manager of Duty or work order process according to SOP training
- Provide knowledge of the Crunch brand and offerings to members and guests when needed

Physical Demands:
This is a physical role requiring the employee to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and may require standing or bending for prolonged work hours. May come in contact with harmful chemicals.
Required Education and Experience:

- 2 years of fitness facility or customer service-oriented experience
- CPR/AED certified or can complete within 30 days from hire
