Extreme Clean Janitorial Services isn’t just your regular cleaning company. Extreme Clean Janitorial Services is a luxury janitorial company that offers janitorial services in luxury apartment communities and office buildings in and around the Charlotte area. We clean apartment buildings, resident apartments, and office buildings, daily. We are currently looking for motivated candidates that are comfortable in the service industry, as well as cleaning around a busy lobby and staff. We are looking for someone who values cleanliness and organization. We take pride in providing the best cleaning services to our clients. As a luxury janitorial company, we require our staff to come ready and willing to service our clients’ cleaning needs with care, compassion, and professionalism.

What you will do as a cleaning specialist:

• Clean the receptionist desk and the lobby daily.
• Clean the tour path before leasing arrives
• Maintain a professional demeanor while servicing the buildings and resident apartments.
• Clean the leasing office as well as make sure all public restrooms are cleaned.
• Maintaining the building cleanliness while on shift
• Clean the guest suite after check outs
• Physically able to lift 25- 50 pounds
• Dusting and cleaning ceiling vents, surface areas, and counter surfaces
• Performs general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floors
• Using vacuuming equipment; vacuums
• Disposing of trash from bins and containers
• Polishing furniture and room accessories as needed
• Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
• Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products
• Ensuring safe and sanitary storage and care of products
• Reporting repairs and replacements needed when encountered on the job
• conduct apartment turn overs and checks based on company need

Willingness to follow instructions and maintain a professionalism with clients

Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push vacuum

General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques for cleaning

Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines

**Must have a car or the ability to get to the different job sites in and around Charlotte for work.

Minimum Qualifications

· High School degree or GED

· 1+ years Janitorial service experience preferred

· Valid ID

Monday-Friday (times vary)

Weekends (times vary)

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Salary: From $17.00 per hour to start and $18.00 after 60 days and performance evaluation
