Clerical Office position Job at Mr. Rooter of Greater Baltimore
$17.00 an hour full-time position. Must be able to work evening shift 2-8 PM and 3 Saturdays out of month all day.
Mr. Rooter Plumbing located in Arbutus (Halethorpe) is hiring a Customer Service Representative. Must be available immediately. Must live in or around Halethorpe, Catonsville, Hanover, Glen Burnie, Pasadena, or Brooklyn Park and Must have OWN car for commute to work.
Hours: 2-8 PM M-F
Saturday 8-7 PM
As a Clerical assistant and Customer Service Representative, you are a key member in upholding our service philosophy to provide the highest level of customer service. You are responsible for handling incoming calls and scheduling service calls to meet customer requirements, Helping office administrator on variety of office work. - Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling of services
- Coordinate delays in schedule with customers and service technicians
- Use customer development techniques to solicit work through phone, email, mail, and personal customer contacts
- Perform other clerical duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
- Must be available to start immediately
- No experience is needed, and we will train
