Join us as a Client Cash Management Representative

Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting a Client Cash Management Representative to join our Global Cash Team. In this role you will be the primary contact for clients, the first escalation point for your junior team members and you will assist with the management of staff resources and client deliverables.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

You will perform reviews of daily cash deliverables to ensure timely completion and client delivery. You will support accounts with greater complexity and cover all accounts during staff absences. In addition, you will train, support and guide newly hired, less experienced team members.
To be Successful you’ll need to:
  • Ensure daily cash deliverables and reporting are produced timely and accurately
  • Act as first point of escalation for clients and client cash representatives
  • Ensure all internal and external client cash inquiries are responded to timely and accurately and in accordance with Global Cash Services standards
  • Assist client cash representatives with complex issues/inquiries
  • Communicate issues effectively to internal and external clients as necessary.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of client's normal cash practices and deadlines.
  • Work to foster strong working relationships
  • Coordinate cross training within the group and assist with coverage during staff absences
  • Efficiently utilize BBH systems and tools/cash products to maximize productivity
  • Ensure proper client documentation is in place authorizing Global Cash Services to perform cash processes on their behalf
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree
  • 1-3 Years global custody experience
  • Solid understanding of cash projections/availabilities and how day to day transactions affect cash and client deliverables
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments and work quickly in a deadline oriented environment
  • Proactively take on and learn new tasks
  • Desire to provide superior internal and external client service
  • Solid understanding of BBH systems and products a plus
About the Team:

Global Cash Services is a dynamic team that provides our clients with a variety of services to help them manage their daily cash balances. We provide clients with cash projection & availability figures, supplemental cash reporting and analysis and perform oversight of their cash activity. Our team members interact with clients throughout the day to update their balances and projections taking into account their daily, up to the minute activity. Global Cash Services coordinates with groups across the bank to perform our duties including Client Service, Trade Management, Corporate Actions, Foreign Exchange, Funds Transfer, and Treasury & Relationship Management. We work in a fast paced, client facing environment that is critical to our client’s operations in managing their daily cash.
