Location: Houston, TX
Pay: $45,000 per year
Job Type: Full Time

Day-To-Day:
- Assists clients in identifying career interests and goals.
- Conducts intensive one on one coaching sessions to help clients resolve barriers to employment and host customized workshops that help clients establish social networks and build relationships among members to actively promote their career.
- Develops and maintains potential employment advancement with industry recognized credentials.
- Holds lunch and learns to educate clients who are searching for the right career path.
- Submits accurate program reports in a timely manner.
- Attends job development/hiring events to engage with employers.
- Attends all network meetings with LISC.
- Works with occupational training vendors to ensure continuous quality improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a human services field plus two years transferable case management experience.
Valid Texas Drivers License, clear MVR and ability to be insured.
