Pay is a base salary + membership retention bonus + a percentage of monthly revenue with uncapped potential.

Fit Body Boot Camp is a results driven and energetic fitness and fat loss workout program that includes motivation, accountability and dynamic resistance training; all designed to give our clients the body that they want in a safe, fun and non-intimidating atmosphere.

As Director Of Client Engagement at Fit Body Boot Camp, you will be responsible for running our location and making it highly successful.

Ideal Candidate:

• Preferred: Degree in Marketing, Exercise Science, Nutrition/Dietetics, or other medical science.
• Has proven leadership success and customer service experience.
• Proven track record of sales performance and ideally in the fitness industry.
• Extensive knowledge of social media, digital, and community marketing strategies
• Someone who is engaging, up-beat and has a positive attitude, is very outgoing, and has a personal interest in FBBC clients and changing their lives.
• Has experience with different workout styles and modalities such as TRX suspension trainers, kettlebells, free weights, calisthenics, and other functional training styles.

• Group Fitness: 1 year (Preferred)
• Leadership: 1 year (Preferred)
• Personal Training: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales Experience- 2 or more years (Preferred)
• Management Experience- 2 or more years (Preferred)
• Fitness Industry- 2 or more years (Preferred)
• Fitness Program Development- 2 or more years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Personal Trainer Certificate (Optional) from a nationally accredited organization such as NASM, NFPT, ACSM, ACE, NSCA, etc.

Additional Duties and Expectations:

Developing processes that drive sales

Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary

Setting and meeting sales goals

Coordinating with marketing on lead generation

Overseeing the activities and performances of the team

Being a self-starter
