Our sister companies include Compliance Navigation Specialists, CNS Insurance, CNS Driver Training Center, and CNS Licensing, each also based in Lititz, PA and operating across North America.

Welcome and provide direction to client through our spaces, ensure prompt service for appointments and all patients. We are fast growing, and looking for exceptional energetic talent to join our team!
Qualifications and Skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills (greeting, phone, email)
- Friendly, warm and welcoming
- Ability to clean and sanitize examination rooms
- DOT/Non-DOT Drug and Alcohol Specimen Collector (we can train you!)
- Medical Billing experience preferred
Primary Responsibilities
- Reception/Patient check-in
- Reception/phone and email correspondence and direction
- Schedule and patient assistance
- DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol testing and specimen collection in-office
- Cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking examination rooms
- Administrative duties, including NCRME scribe duties for providers and physicians
Secondary/Back-Up Support Responsibilities
- Assisting with Medical Billing as needed
- DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol testing and specimen collection on-site
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
