Position Overview: InteliSpark (www.intelispark.com) is looking for Client Engagement Specialist in our Ithaca, NY office (applicants seeking to work remotely will not be accepted). This is a new multifaceted position that includes Client Engagement (both during the sales process and during service delivery), Project Management, and Marketing responsibilities.

Responsibilities: (We hate job descriptions – but they are an unfortunate and necessary evil! We seek candidates that will grow, evolve, and thrive with the changing needs of the company. If you have ever said “that’s not my job” – this position is not for you!!!)

Client Engagement

o Serve as a liaison with client and Intelispark team (management, proposal development team, and proposal coordinator)

o Escalate issues to internal stakeholders that may arise to get appropriate support to solve the customers problems

o Maintain customer data i.e. contacts, account health, significant events, etc. in company supported CRM

o Successfully manage relationships with assigned clients and stakeholders

o Ensure that service levels are maintained and exceed performance expectations

• Identify opportunities to grow and enhance client success
• Own client-facing and internal summaries of client meetings, including key decisions and action items
• Responsible for making external clients and their needs a primary focus from the moment during the sales process and during project execution.

Project Management

o Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

o Ensure coordination between internal team members to ensure successful project completion

Marketing

• Work with company leadership to develop, manage, and execute integrated marketing initiatives and promotional plans
• Even planning and coordination for marketing events and educational seminars (some travel maybe required)
• Develop marketing assets that communicate the company mission and value proposition.

This position is a full-time, salaried position reporting directly to the company President.

Education/Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Communications, Business, Marketing, etc).

· Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
