JOB TITLE: Clinical Director of Emergency and Clinical Services

REPORTS TO: Chief Program Officer

FLSA STATUS: Exempt

SALARY: $80,000 - $90,000

OVERVIEW: Under the Chief Program Officer, the Clinical Director will oversee clinical components for Clinical and Emergency Services. The Clinical Director will be an experienced, effective and outstanding communicator who will lead a talented team of therapists and counselors to ensure they have the resources and support they need to thrive while providing trauma responsive treatment to survivors of sexual violence and exploitation.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

  • Provide clinical leadership and development for Clinical and Emergency Services, including Human Trafficking Unit; Court Advocacy; Domestic Violence Shelter; and LGBTQIA+ programs.
  • Provide clinical supervision to counseling and advocate staff, volunteers and clinical interns
  • In conjunction with Director of Emergency and Clinical Services, engage in staff recruitment, hiring and termination decisions
  • Implement and monitor culturally competent therapeutic treatment to trauma victims.
  • Implement systems necessary to ensure the organization's compliance with clinical statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Design and establish new clinical programs and initiatives
  • Develop and achieve performance objectives and outcomes consistent with our mission
  • Identify funding opportunities and areas for program development or expansion
  • Serve as a key member of the Senior Management Team, ensuring compliance with agency policies and protocols, and fostering cross-team collaboration
  • Develop and maintain strong, cooperative relationships with other health and human service organizations, public sector representatives, and state and federal agencies

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: A Master’s level degree or Ph.D. in counseling or other mental health field; clinically licensed (or eligible) in the state of Massachusetts and eligible to clinically supervise Master’s level counselors and interns; Have at least 5 years clinical experience, 3 years supervisory/management experience; passion about providing the best possible care to clients and their families; excited at the idea of making a difference in lives; Commitment to working equitably in a diverse environment; Demonstrate a high level of ethical integrity; Demonstrate a high level of initiative and attention to detail; Have an eagerness to take responsibility to achieve goals

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: L.I.C.S.W.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift up to 20 pounds of program materials and supplies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
