Duties:

• Basic ADLS (Personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, transferring, ambulating, and eating)
• Hands on help
• Taking Vitals
• Answering call lights
• Monitoring patient needs and reporting any issues to Nurse on floor

This facility is a family oriented Skilled Nursing Facility & Rehabilitation Center. Our goal is to provide exemplary care for all our patients. Our team is growing and we are looking to add a dedicated CNAs to the already existing team that is Holladay Healthcare.

Requirements for a CNA at Holladay Healthcare:
