Position Open: CNA / Caregiver

We are currently seeking superstar Personal Care Assistants / CNA's / Caregiver's to assist our client with personal care, household tasks, and all activities of daily living, in the privacy their home. This position allows for you to work one on one with your client.

Certified Nursing Assistants / Caregivers / Personal Care Assistants / Direct Support Professionals must be able to listen to and fulfill client requests. You will be required to effectively follow a specified care plan and communicate with a Care Manager routinely. Continual updates to manager is an important step in assisting and providing the highest level of care for client. Tasks for Personal Care Assistant / Caregiver / CNA / Direct Support Professional may include assisting client with scheduled medication reminders, well fare check, meal escorts, personal hygiene cares and assist in navigating other activities of daily living & the difficulties associated with the aging process. All clients reside in an independent living community in the privacy of their home and not in an institution type setting.

Job Requirements for CNA / Caregiver:

• Assist client with activities of daily living as outlined in care plan.
• Maintain a clean, healthy, safe & comfortable living environment.
• Communicate effectively with patience, compassion & a caring demeanor.
• Advocate for the client's safety & well-being.
• Maintain continued vigilance in monitoring & evaluating all physical, mental & environmental changes to client's safety & wellbeing.
• Report any observations of changes in physical & mental health/wellbeing to Care Manager routinely. This is key to better serving the client's ever-changing needs.
• Adept at continually updating and discussing any changes in clients physical & mental health and environment with fellow team members at change of shift.

Qualifications for Certified Nursing Assistant / Caregiver

• Ability to build rapport with clients and deliver exceptional care
• Must have valid driver's license, Auto Insurance & reliable transportation.
• 2 Years minimum previous experience caring for seniors or chronically ill.
• Willing to submit to criminal background check and drug testing.
• Have a current negative TB test (a plus).
• Have current CPR & First Aid certification (Required).
• Fingerprint Clearance card (a plus)
• CNA certification (a plus)
• Covid Vaccination (a plus but not required)
