- Help patients with daily living activities (ADL's)
- Help patients with personal hygiene (showers, shampoos, bathroom habits)
- Check & record patient vital signs
- Monitor & record overall patient status
- Change patient bedding as directed or needed
- Help LPN's / RN's as directed or needed
- Answer resident calls for help (call lights)
- Guide & direct patients as needed to / from rooms, dining rooms, common areas, outside
