We are currently hiring for a Full Time or Part Time day, evening, and overnight positions. The shifts are 6am-2:30pm, 2pm-10:30pm, and 10pm-6:30am varied weekday with every other weekend and holiday.

We offer shift differentials $1.00 for evening shifts and $1.50 for overnight shifts.

*Must be on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry

*Previous experience working with elderly

*Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly

*Must demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual

*Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.

*Must be honest, fair, dependable, respect confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others.

*Must meet all health requirements and pass a background check

As a CNA you are on the front line, interfacing between our residents and all other staff. You provide direct care for residents. Determined to preserve the dignity of each resident, you provide individualized physical, mental, and dietary support that they need. You are conscientious about communicating resident’s health status to the other nursing personnel and keeping up to date and accurate documentation.

Fairview Care Center is owned by Dodge County and is located on the west edge of Dodge Center, MN. It is a 55 bed long term care facility which prides itself on high quality care and enriching the lives of those we serve. It is on nine acres of beautiful land and is surrounded by trees that are very inviting to birds and other wildlife.
