The GrayBrier is looking to add quality Nurse Aides to our team to provide care for our residents. We currently have full-time and PRN Nurse Aide openings for our weekday 8-hour shifts. Base rate starts at $14/hour. New hires are offered a $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid at 3, 6, and 12 months (full time only). Full-time CNAs are eligible for benefits including: PTO, health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, and payroll deducted IRA, life insurance, and short-term disability insurances.

Shift Differences

• 2nd Shift - $2.00/hr
• 3rd shift - $1.00/hr
• Baylor - time and a half (Weekend (Baylor) works Saturday-Sunday + 1 shift weekly)

Applicant Requirements

• Must have current NC NA-1 Licensure.
• Great attitude and strong work ethic.
• Some experience is preferred, but not required.
• Applicants should have a clean criminal history and drug screening is required.
