We are seeking highly skilled COVID-19 vaccinated, CNAs with a heart for the elderly to provide care to a private duty client in Jonestown, Texas - just neighboring Cedar Park. CNA/Caregiver will provide RN delegated care for our hospice client for assistance with tracheostomy and a feeding tube. Candidates must be available for 12 hour shifts, either day or overnight, 7AM to 7PM or 7PM to 7AM. Shifts are available all seven days a week. You choose 3 to 4 shifts a week!

Job Summary: Primary functions: provide personal assistance and/or health-related services to patients/clients in their place of residence; provide a safe and clean environment; work cooperatively with the patient/client and family; and report observations and problems to the Supervisor.

Job Qualifications:

• COVID vaccinated (or willing to be vaccinated)
• Caregiver experience is required for this role, CNA license is a plus!
• Must have current drivers license or state identification.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to assignments
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions and be competent to perform tasks assigned by Supervisor.
• Must agree to and pass a criminal history check and an Employee Misconduct Registry check.
