· Skills Required:

Strong mechanical aptitude with basic knowledge of industrial machinery and electrical systems

· Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and equipment manuals.

· Ability to follow directions, efficiently manage time, and function in a teamwork environment

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills along with basic math and computer skills

· Ability to work in a team environment, take direction from supervisors, keep required job schedules, focus on details, and follow work rules

· Ability to effectively organize, plan, prioritize, document, and complete work with minimal supervision.

· CNC troubleshooting and repair.

· Basic knowledge of computerized systems and software

Preferred Skills:

· PLC programming

· Ability to read and troubleshoot ladder logic within machine controls

· Basic understanding of electronic components and diagrams

· Journeyman electrician license

Duties Include:

· Observe, test, diagnose, and repair problems with industrial machinery and control systems

· Install industrial machinery and equipment including anchoring, leveling, attaching power supply, and testing functions

· Using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to receive work orders and keep accurate records of work performed

· Perform preventative maintenance on machine tools

· Assist with routine maintenance of the facility, grounds, and equipment

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years of CNC repair experience.

· Willingness to be on call after hours and work overtime if needed

· Valid driver’s license

· Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds.

· CAN DO attitude with a strong work ethic
