3+ YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO MAKE UP TO $70K OR MORE ANNUALLY, GENEROUS SIGN ON BONUS AND EVEN LARGER REFERRAL BONUS FOR 3+ YEARS EXPERIENCE. THIS IS A SECOND SHIFT POSITION.

Our fast-growing, manufacturing company is seeking Cold Header OR Boltmaker Operators at Plant 2 in Madison Heights. This position will provide the successful candidate with the chance to apply their knowledge, learn new skills and work as a team within a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate for this role has 3+ years' experience as a Header or Boltmaker Operator, Cold Forming Operator, Metal Former or Progressive Header, pays strong attention to detail and is committed to workplace safety. Job responsibilities/Essential Duties:

• Carry out production, inspection, and machine operation duties
• Set up, operate and monitor cold header machinery and ensure all materials are readily available
• Effectively monitor production equipment
• Read and understand blueprints
• Ability to take and enter Statistical Process Control (SPC) Data
• Maintain a safe and clean work space
• Follow established safety rules and regulations

Qualifications/Experience/Skill & Abilities:

• Self-motivated; able to work without constant supervision
• Good work ethics: dependable, reliable
• Able to work in a team environment; gets along with others
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
• Ability to accurately read blueprints
• Committed to quality, safety and communication
• Able to lift a maximum of 50 pounds

Pay: Up to $27.00 per hour
