Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide daily supervision and direction to all collision staff members
- Responsible for ensuring that all repairs are completed correctly/accurately the first time, on time in adherence with industries quality standards
- Dispatch all work assignments to production personnel
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- Experience in the collision industry in repair or estimating
- Well organized
- Can-do, positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and balance duties properly
