Carrano Air provides heating and cooling solutions and repairs for homes and businesses in the Central NJ area. We handle the repair, replacement, maintenance, and installation of all heating and cooling products including air conditioners, furnaces, ductless systems, air purification systems, humidifiers, and more.

We are looking for an experienced Residential Comfort Consultant. Our Residential Comfort Consultant will provide residential HVAC options to increase equipment efficiency and customer comfort according to company standards, providing our customers with a high-quality experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to run appointments on time and in company uniform.
• Able to operate off of iPad and company-provided technology to deliver a high-quality presentation
• Providing multiple, solution-based options to our clients for their Residential HVAC needs
• High-level communication with clients as well as the Carrano team.
• Able to navigate and execute company procedures and guidelines to ensure high-level communication
• Able to work in-house leads and grow book of business

Job requirements

Requirements

• Professional Residential HVAC experience preferred
• 3-5 Years of Professional Sales experience preferred
• High-level communication and organizational skills
• Ability to run your own schedule effectively on a day-to-day basis with little or no supervision.
• Collect sufficient and appropriate information to enable an efficient installation
• Ability to generate leads and create business relationships
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Must be Authorized to work in the U.S.
