As a Comfort Station Attendant, you will work productively in a high paced environment using a positive attitude as your main anchor. Our Comfort Stations are food/amenity outlets on the golf course and are world renown for the aesthetics and options that they offer. You are responsible for overseeing smooth daily operations of the Comfort Stations and ensuring they are always at their absolute best. You may be asked to perform other tasks (outside of your key areas of responsibility) from time to time based on business needs. Your key areas of responsibility are outlined below:

Key Area #1: Member Experience and Vibe

• Ensure that each member and member guest receive outstanding service in a friendly environment. This includes promptly and professionally greeting and acknowledging every member and member guest, maintaining outstanding service standards, and possessing solid product knowledge.

• Communicate with membership to create an honest relationship where their service needs, food and beverage selections, and other dining-related services are known to you and your team.

• Exceed member and member guest expectations.

• Create 100% guest satisfaction by providing our Gozzer brand behavior and genuine hospitality.

• Give personal attention and take personal responsibility for a member and member guest experience.

• Promoting services and activities provided to Gozzer Ranch members.

• Understanding member and member guest needs. Provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the Club.

• Assisting in creating the service vibe with your team through service-minded experiences.

Key Area #2: Teamwork

• Work intentionally to include all co-workers to include peers.

• Support Club wide services and events when possible.

• Create good working relationships with ALL Gozzer Employees.

• Maintain a courteous attitude toward ALL Gozzer Employees.

Key Area #4: Daily Operations

• Maintain accurate ordering, receiving, coding, and inventory procedures for your area of responsibility.

• Ensure the stations are properly stocked with the important amenity items that our membership expects, at all times.

• Maintain an aesthetically appealing environment. This includes how it looks, smells, feels, etc. The image of the Stations is just as important as the products that go in them.

• Create memorable and cherished interactions with our members. Be sure to pass forward any input or suggestions if they are offered to try and appease the members, if possible.

• Check that our back-stock pars are continuously up to date. We will always pride ourselves on never running out of any product, period.

• Always follow proper food handling procedures.

• Be sure to date items accordingly and check dates continuously to ensure product is fresh.

• Rotate stocked items to ensure quality is being provided.

• Prior food service management experience, preferred.

• Must have strong overall knowledge of food and beverage service.

• Must have knowledge and adherence to all state laws pertaining to the sale and service of liquor and other alcoholic beverages.

• Comply with Idaho State Health and Wellness regulations.

• Ability to work effectively with all personality types.

• Ability to understand and carry-out verbal and written instructions independently.

• Ability to work weekends, holidays, morning, and nights.

• Ability to work in all weather conditions and temperatures to include inside and outside areas.

• Ability to perform light physical tasks, exerting up to 25 lbs. of force on a frequent basis and up to 75 lbs. on an occasional basis independently or with help.

• Ability to perform such activities as grasping, lifting, reaching, crouching, walking, sitting, and carrying.
