My client is a medium sized General contractor undertaking commercial construction (renovation and Ground-up) between $2-$40million with a general value of between $2-6 million. 95% of their work is local, they have great staff turnover with an emphasis on promotion from within. They are looking for a Project Manager with experience of manging commercial ground up and renovation projects between $2-6 million to join their team out of Jacksonville. This role will be to oversee 3-4 projects with Superintendents on each one. They have excellent bonus scheme which pay out a lot more than their competition and great perks (potentially up to basic salary range)

The role of the Project Manager will involve:

• Managing 3-4 projects or one larger project (project values between $2-$6 million.
• Individual will need to be disciplined with complete control of contracts, scheduling and coordination.
• 95% of work is in the Jacksonville area.
• Project Management of multiple projects with management on each site.
• Liaising with Design, Cost control, Operations, finance, client to ensure completion of projects on time.
• Heading up sub-contractor and client meetings.
• Liaising with Estimators at Preconstruction stage to ensure projects are feasible.
• Manging all subcontractor payments and site budgets.
• Liaising with Owners.

Ideal Requirements of the Project Manager:

• Must have 5 +experience in Commercial construction ground up or renovations .
• Be commutable to Jacksonville or willing to relocate.
• Have experience of managing projects Multiple/single projects with supers on between $2 million -$6 million.
• Not a ‘job hopper’
