• Covid-19 Vaccination
• Documentation of a negative/non-reactive PPD tuberculin skin test, negative IGA test known to have
  a positive reaction. If known to have a positive reaction documentation of negative AP & Lateral
  chest X ray.
• Documentation of immunity (active disease, vaccination, or laboratory evidence) for measles, mumps
  and rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B. As well as documented Tdap.
• Documentation of annual influenza vaccine will be required at the start of the influenza season.
• Vaccination exemptions will be granted only due to medical contradictions or sincere religious beliefs.

• $13.50 per hour, paid weekly!

• Oversee the cleaning of a local medical office including the OR.
• Terminal cleaning an Operation Room
• Ensures facility expectations are met.
• Cross-train on other facilities as necessary
• Ensure facilities have working equipment and enough supplies to get the job done, report problems/shortages to the office.
• Ensures compliance of Office Pride policies and procedures.
• Ensures safety and security measures are followed at all times.
• Immediately report any situation that may be considered a safety issue.
• Perform other duties/tasks as assigned

• Able to communicate in English.
• Must be able to pass a Background check and a drug screen.
• Must be able to multi-task, be dependable, have excellent communication skills and maintain a positive attitude.
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where changes occur with little or no notice.
• Must be able to maintain open communication with the leadership team, clients and employees.
• Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility.
• Must have ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Must care about quality, be detailed oriented and work at an efficient pace.
• Able to lift 35 lbs
• Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Medical facility cleaning experience a PLUS.
• Will take a blood borne pathogen course.
