Job Summary:
The Kodak Moments division of Kodak Alaris is looking for a Commercialization Manager to lead commercialization projects for printers and kiosk hardware systems. The successful candidate will have commercialization experience with photo printers and retail systems integration.

Job Summary:
The Kodak Moments division of Kodak Alaris is looking for a Commercialization Manager to lead commercialization projects for printers and kiosk hardware systems. The successful candidate will have commercialization experience with photo printers and retail systems integration.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Integrate and execute a multi-functional commercialization process to deliver product/system offerings
- Assemble and lead a cross-functional team, ensuring that comprehensive functional plans and deliverables are in place.
- Key communicator of business goals to the project team. Sets team performance commitments to those goals.
- Provide timely assessment, planning, and execution of product commercialization
- Drives the rigorous use of documented phases & gates process to assure that commitments are well-defined and met
- Manage program risk at all levels and ensures effective contingency planning
- Develops and monitors key product, program, and business measures. Agrees on goals and allowable variances to those goals.
- Achieve expected and committed product delivery, quality, service, and financial goals. Informs leadership team if an out of bounds condition develops. Develops recommendations for dealing with such conditions in a timely fashion.
- Ensure that products are consistent with market and customer needs and future product and technology roadmaps.
- Responsible and accountable for all aspects of the commercialization program from early concept through launch.
- Manage relationship between Kodak Alaris and external partners where appropriate.
- Focal point to assess and propose options/solutions in collaboration with PLM/PO to define path forward.
- Successful completion of the commercialization program(s) consistent with agreed-to measures (e.g. system and output quality, service goals, customer satisfaction, UMC, delivery, budget)
- Delivers consistent, credible communication with Leadership Team (risks, issues, wins/losses)
- Commercialization: Experience with phases and gates waterfall process
- Experience with cross-functional team management across diverse disciplines (e.g. Marketing, Development, Service, Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.)
- Demonstrated project management capabilities and experience
- Product commercialization experience in one or more of the following: photo printing systems, consumer kiosk systems, retail systems integration.
- Business Acumen: Gaining and managing business knowledge and applying it effectively to a project.
- Core Project Management Skills: Awareness or experience in key areas of technology, supply chain, and project management. Applying and utilizing the appropriate tools and processes.
- Decision-making Skills: Making sound decisions for a project based upon appropriate processes and experience.
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively convey information up and down the organization.
- Marketing Orientation: Advocating for the customer and focusing on the market to achieve the expected project and business results.
- Relationship Management: Developing, managing, and maintaining effective partnerships across boundaries (i.e., cultural, geographic, functional), both internally and externally.
- Risk Management: Managing project risk through the identification of uncertainties and through the development of plans to improve the likelihood that a project will meet or exceed goals.
- Team Leadership: Guiding and directing a group of people through a process.
- Providing the motivation and enthusiasm required to achieve success.
- Influence: Ability to influence others without absolute authority
- Technical Acumen: Gaining and managing relevant technology knowledge and applying it to a project.
- Experience working with OEM suppliers
- Occasional travel may be required
- Experience with Microsoft Project
- Experience developing products and services for worldwide use
- Certified PMP
- Foreign Language, preferably Japanese.
- Experience with Agile frameworks
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 5-10 years related experience
