Salary: $47.21 - $52.46 Hourly

Overview

Responsibilities:

• Support Content Strategists in development of marketing content for certain business initiatives, including customer-facing events and activities
• Provide support in content creation and campaign execution, including the building of infographics, e-books, videos, social assets, and more
• Act as an additional filter to ensure content adhere's to Clients brand voice and tone, editorial requirements, and ensure all work is accurate and meets high quality standards
• Facilitate streamlined Content Strategist/stakeholder collaboration by coordinating and documenting project scope, goals, and deliverables that the strategist/stakeholder define
• Identify project risks and issues and bring to strategist attention - helping to implement solution
• Develop and maintain process documentation regularly to ensure accuracy and relevance, including process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures, and work instructions
• Monitor project progress and report on project status to relevant parties
• Coordinating with content agencies to organize work back schedules, project schedules, and stakeholder communications
• Participate in 2x weekly program syncs
• Participate in content kick off calls

• Experienced communications practitioner with solid experience and a proven track record creating and executing impactful, externally facing communications projects in medium to large organizations, preferably in the technology sector
• Flexible, and capable of dealing with ambiguity, change, adversity and real-time adjustments to projects and plans – under tight deadlines
• Strong knowledge and understanding of communications discipline, practices, and techniques, including strong working knowledge of communications platforms, channels, and creative content generation
• Ability to work effectively and partner with diverse groups, including executives, communications and marketing teams, and build strong cross-group collaboration
• Ability to comprehend complex technology topics and use strong communication skills to translate details into understandable, yet creative content
• Passion to foster a culture of efficiency and high performance through initiatives with a willingness to try new things and learn from both failures and successes
• Systems thinking; ability to manage a high degree of complexity and to distill information into simple messages; ability to think strategically and develop processes and systems to enable the strategy

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $47.21 - $52.46 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
