Overview:
Support Corporate Citizenship Department in the administration execution of community engagement goals, programs, events, and projects. The position is responsible for providing operational, compliance, and technical support for the Department’s daily activities, including office administration, program support, invoicing, and grants request tracking. The position also supports the Sr. Corporate Citizenship Manager, as needed.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years’ related experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or other related field
  • Excel - ability to create graphs, organization charts, formula driven spreadsheets, and graphs
  • MS Word - ability to create, edit and enhance documents through the use of graphics and inserting excel charts
  • PowerPoint - ability to create PowerPoint shows which incorporate graphics
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to perform in a team environment by using cooperation, flexibility
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, make and recommend decisions, and socialize decision-making as appropriate
  • Ability to anticipate and work with little direction, demonstrating self-starter initiative
  • Requires creativity to develop reports documents that provide information concisely and effectively
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
