Purpose of the Role:

As a Community Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing all community sales activities. You’ll spend most your time working from a well-appointed office located in one of our beautiful new model homes. We make it easy for you to demonstrate the quality and craftsmanship that sets us apart from the competition. You’ll have an extended team of people working hard alongside you supporting your sales efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Initiate prospecting and marketing campaigns to attract new customers
  • Proactively create initial rapport with customers to discover their homebuying needs
  • Demonstrate the model home, available floorplans and home sites to customers based on discovered needs and buying motives
  • Understand and effectively communicate blueprints and site plans
  • Present purchase agreements and coordinate with the Mortgage team to help customers select financing program that fits their needs
  • Maintain contact with the purchaser from contract signing through settlement
  • Deliver the Greenwood Homes tailor-made approach to the homebuying and customer service process

Minimum Qualifications

  • Team Player with entrepreneurial spirit
  • At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience - Residential sales experience preferred
  • Proven sales results
  • Very good oral and written communication skills
  • Persuasiveness
  • High Drive and Tenacity
  • Adaptability
  • College degree preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation to meet established job functions
  • Maintain 5-day work week, including 3 weekends a month to accommodate our buyers (taking 2 alternate consecutive days off)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
