Vale Group has partnered with a company in the Aerospace industry, based in Springfield, MA, who is actively searching for an experienced Composite Manufacturing Engineer to work on-site for an opportunity with a salary range between $95-135K based on experience. The individual should be well-versed in AS9100 procedures, NADCAP, QA, creating standard procedures, have advanced composite tooling techniques, and have a full understanding of the shop floor.

Requirements of the Composite Manufacturing Engineer:
- 5+ years of experience in Aerospace composite manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- NADCAP and AS9100 certifications preferred
- Expertise in composite tooling techniques
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of shop floor operations
- Experience with creating standard procedures
- Knowledge of process planning and QA
- Working experience with AutoCAD or similar software is a plus
Responsibilities of the Composite Manufacturing Engineer:
- Develop and maintain composite manufacturing processes
- Conduct process audits and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Support production with technical expertise and process troubleshooting
- Ensure processes are compliant with AS9100 and NADCAP
- Lead new tooling projects and oversee the build and qualification process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvement
- Provide training and guidance to the shop floor
