How you will work:

What you will do:

• Support all EARTHRES teammates with IT-related needs.
• Provide desktop software, hardware, and networking support for all offices.
• Respond to requests for Helpdesk tickets.
• Communicate with end-users to understand their support requests, and upon completion of the request, communicate the final results.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance checks on PCs, printers, and copiers.
• Maintain VPN connection to production and disaster recovery data centers.
• Image, configure, and deploy new computers; re-image existing computers when necessary.
• Collaborate with and assist the rest of the IT Team.
• Problem/resolution and root cause management.

What you will bring:
We seek a team-oriented candidate with knowledge and interest in PC computers, software, and technology. The ideal candidate will have an education in Information Technology. Being part of the IT Team at EARTHRES can be a powerful way to widen your career experience and continue learning.

• Education – High School degree or its equivalent is required; Associate’s Degree or its equivalent, preferably in the Information Technology Sciences field;
• Specialized knowledge – Experience with Windows, MS Exchange, Outlook, mobile device configuration and management, and other related software is preferred;
• Skills and Abilities – Mechanical aptitude; ability to work independently; critical thinking ability and attention to detail; good communication skills and ability to represent EARTHRES in a professional manner; willingness to work occasional weekends and off-hours when needed; and
• Experience – 1-3 years of experience in the IT field, preferred.
