JT4 provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. We develop and maintain realistic integrated test and training environments, and prepare our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges.

JOB SUMMARY - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES - Under general supervision, provides software and systems engineering services, typically as a member of a work unit or group:

Performs other duties as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS - Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.

RANGE POSITION DESCRIPTION - Incumbent will be required to provide support for program specific requirements in addition to the above requirements. The incumbent will provide software development and implementation support to an integrated team generally comprised of Air Force and JT4 employees.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting application development, implementation, and sustainment as well as database implementation/administration SQL as well Oracle Back-End.
• Is proficient with Javascript, C#, HTML, CSS, and ASP Classic.
• Knows and follow all local security requirements in regards to handling, transferring, and disposing of data and media.
• Assists with the development of processing specification, manuals and/or process flow diagrams and will provide requested reports and/or metrics.
• Additional duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, TECHNICAL AND WORK EXPERIENCE - The incumbent must have a Bachelor's Degree in an associated discipline. Incumbent must possess effective oral and written communication skills. Must have knowledge of computer based systems and applications. Must have programming skills in languages used for job specific programming tasks. Applicant must be familiar with systems engineering and software development lifecycles.

The incumbent must possess a valid, state issued driver's license. Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance. Must be a U.S. citizen.

The expected pay range for this position is $111,904 to $125,000
