CONCESSIONS STAFF

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following are examples only and are not intended to be all inclusive or restrictive; other duties may be assigned as necessary.

  • Prep kitchen, bars, and stations with necessary product based on event needs.
  • Ensure all stations remain clean, neat, organized, and stocked throughout events.
  • Follow checklists to ensure all stations are properly cleaned and shut down post event.
  • Consistently follow Food & Beverage sequence of service utilizing all proper procedures standardized by venue managers.
  • Be ready and willing to assist as situations arise.
  • Maintain a clean work environment in accordance with company and Health Department standards.
  • Promptly and professionally communicate problems and concerns to management.
  • Attend, and satisfactorily complete all required training as assigned and required
  • Perform all functions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations as well as established policies, procedures and controls.

GUIDELINES TO BE FOLLOWED:

  • Staff shall follow the current schedule posted on HotSchedules. Note: Schedules are made following a demand basis. Schedules may be changed or altered on short notice.
  • All executive communication between the client (Live Nation), and DLS shall be handled by reporting managers.

PHYSICAL & WORK ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: The physical and work environments described here are representative of those that must be met and are encountered by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, bend for extended periods; reach with hands and arms; talk and listen on a regular basis.
