Job Description: Sweet & Boozy at Southwest University Park - Ice Cream Concession Workers
Hourly workers during all El Paso Chihuahua Games. Approximate 4 hour shifts per game.
Ice Cream Concession workers are responsible for ensuring superior guest service and the distribution of ice cream and thundercups.
Essential Job Functions:
- Prepare and serve scooped ice cream and shakes for guests.
- Must be able to be trained in proper food handling techniques.
- Following proper opening and closing procedures, including cleaning at the end of the night.
- Wipe down counters and tables with the proper sanitation procedures throughout the shift.
- Keep inventory stocked.
- Learn to handle the POS system and email reporting to the corporate office.
- Learn to properly operate till and handle money and credit cards
- Attend bi-weekly online safety meetings.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service and food service preferred, but not required.
- Reliable source of transportation required
REQUIRED PAID TRAINING – 3 hours – Week of 3/20
