E&S Services is looking for a skilled concrete washout driver who holds a CDL A or B to join our team!

Drivers are responsible for truck loadout and hauling of concrete washout containers and for moving material on and around the facility property. In addition, the position requires the driver to:
- Safely operate a tractor-trailer roll off truck.
- Load and unload concrete washout containers.
- Properly track and document activity log.
- Report any issues or incidents to dispatch.
- Provide prompt, courteous and complete services to customers.
- Perform complete pre-trip inspection including, but not limited to, checking tire pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges and controls.
- Drive commercial tractor-trailers and tandem roll-off trucks in congested city, highway and disposal areas.
- Be familiar with DOT regulations regarding the safe operation and required DOT documentation (including the daily Driver’s Log). required while driving his/her truck.
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Read maps and be able to follow directions and map instructions.
- Comply with and cope with DOT roadside inspections. ·
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Attends and participates in all scheduled training programs, briefings, and meetings required by Kurtz Bros., Inc. or Manager.
- Notifies Manager of any incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage.
- May be required to work overtime, weekends.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required.
- May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Quality Candidates have the following characteristics:
- 3 - 5 years of previous experience operating a dump or flatbed straight truck
- Commercial Drivers License (CDL) A or B
- Valid DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one
- Experience operatingan excavator, preferred
- Applicant must be 21 years of age and possess an acceptable driving record
- Successfully complete pre-employment DOT drug screen, physical, and background check, which will include previous employment check, criminal history and motor vehicle record review
