The Office of U.S. Senator Mazie K. Hirono seeks a full-time Constituent Services Representative (Caseworker) for the state office in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Primary duties include responding to constituent correspondence, submitting inquiries to federal agencies on behalf of constituents, detailing correspondence and actions in the office’s database, and communicating with their legislative counterpart in the DC office regarding constituent-related issues requiring action at the federal level.
Professionalism, confidentiality, and teamwork are required, as well as a familiarity and appreciation of Hawaii’s multi-ethnic society and the uniqueness of each island community. The Office of U.S. Senator Mazie K.
