Evolve Developments also offers clients an economic alternative for small scale projects, including renovations and small upgrades.

Evolve Developments is currently searching for a candidate (Preferably local to San Bernardino County) to fill the following position:

Construction Laborer

We are hiring both experienced and entry level Construction Worker to help us keep growing. If you're dedicated and ambitious, Evolve Developments is an excellent place to grow your career. Don't hesitate to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor tasks as assigned
• Provide support to other workers on project site
• Maintain clean and safe work areas (sweep debris, gather and discard trash, scrap iron and wood, remove snow and ice)
• Load/unload materials as needed
• Have minimum tools associated with trade
• Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures

Requirements/Expectations

• 2 years Construction experience
• Reliable transportation
• Maintain a valid driver's license at all times
• Pass a background check
• Occasional Saturday work (depending on needs of the project)

Working Conditions

• The job requires the following motions: standing, walking, stretching, bending, lifting, pulling, twisting, throwing, reaching and squatting
• Requires regular lifting of or in excess of 25 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds
• Walking and standing may be required for a full day of 8 to 10 hours
• Will be exposed to sometimes extreme hot and cold temperatures
• Jobs require driving to and from projects in various locations within our geographic region.

Compensation

Job Type: Full-time

Starting Pay: $18-25/hr - BOE
