Sapphire Luxury Homes is seeking an experienced Construction Laborer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, reliable transportation and experience in the Construction Industry.

This person will be responsible for general construction on multiple in construction homes in Oakland and Macomb Counties. The Construction Laborer reports directly to an assigned Project Manager and will get guidance and daily tasks from them.

An example of tasks needed to be performed by Laborer include:

-Maintain organized and clean job sites

-Handyman duties per Construction Manager direction

-Picking up supplies and delivering them to job sites

-Direct subcontractors to maintain organized job sites

-Punch list items for homes in progress

-Caulking, cutting, drilling and other small tool duties as required

-Interacting with clientele as needed for warranty repairs

-Site clean up for final move in

Any trade experience is a plus for this role.

Extra consideration will be given to those with a Chauffer's License who can operate a trackloader, drive truck and trailer and unload equipment from a trailer. Please specify if you have this experience.

Candidate must be able to work between the hours of 8AM-5PM. Some overtime is available weekly. All year round work.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
