Job Overview:

The primary responsibilities of the Project Engineer are to identify and take lead of the project administration from conception to completion. Will need to provide project administration leadership for all phases of the project, including coordinating subcontractors, sub- contracts, submittals, RFI’s, invoices and payments. Manages and/or operates successful business by using good judgment when exercising discretion and independent judgment with regard to significant matters pertaining to business.


Essential Job Functions and Expectations:

  • Lead and coordinate all phases of construction project activities.
  • Manage distribution of bid documents, solicit and track bidders, review and evaluate proposals for price/scope accuracy.
  • Organize and take lead on preconstruction field activities such as job signage, temporary fencing, job-specific safety manuals, office trailer procurement, tool management etc.
  • Oversee the RFI & Submittal process.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and other key team members of the project team.
  • Ensure company procedures are implemented - filing system, start-up documents, closeout documents, etc..


Qualifications/Experience/Education:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Construction Management.
