Construction Project Manager Job at Master Planning Management
The Essentials
- Seven or more years combined experience managing, supervising, or leading an organizational unit.
- Seven or more years of experience with project or program management.
The Preferred
- Seven or more years of managerial/supervisory experience and ten years of project management, construction, engineering or related experience preferred.
- Experience using MS Project or P6 and/or SAP in the past.
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in business, engineering, construction management or equivalent preferred and Project Management Certification preferred.
- Experience with construction or engineering within a utility industry.
- Experience developing and executing strategies and operational plans.
- Experience ensuring cross functional support and collaboration including resolving cross functional issues and obstacles.
- Experience ensuring appropriate resources are in place to successfully manage work and to meet goals and objectives.
- Experience executing strategies across IPSEC through effective project management and oversight.

- Work Mode: The position’s work mode is hybrid/remote. Employee is able to work primarily at home or remote however, the employee may be expected to come to an office on occasion/weekly basis. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside or move in the state of California. Hiring managers can add further requirements related to specific jobs. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
