Specializing in the property restoration industry for water & fire damaged properties, SERVPRO is looking to hire a Full-Time Construction Project Manager. The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the oversight, management and execution of the project cycle for all construction projects by providing coordination between the office, client(s), insurance adjusters, and sub-contractors. These activities include estimating the job using Xactimate & Eagle View software, scheduling & coordinating subcontractors, communicating with all interested parties, ensuring quality workmanship, and overseeing the entire project lifecycle. Additional responsibilities will include obtaining necessary permits, unique materials, and/or equipment required to complete the project. The Construction Project Manager must be driven to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented company that focuses on communication, accountability and professionalism towards the customer at all times.

Compensation:

• $75,000-$85,000 1st year all-in salary, which includes base salary + incentives (Incentives are volume based, so total salary could be higher than listed)

Responsibilities:

• Manage residential and commercial water, fire, and mold reconstruction/restoration projects with little supervision
• Conduct and execute estimate(s) for all customers in a timely manner using Xactimate estimating software
• Inspect jobs on a continual basis to ensure quality assurance
• Negotiate restoration services and insurance claims settlements
• Establish, maintain and oversee sub-contractor relationships
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
• Manage subcontractors and insurance claims processes
• Participate in design, process and permit submittal
• Establish and maintain client relationships
• Complete monthly expense reports
• Attend all appropriate company meetings
• Attend regular company sponsored training sessions
• Additional duties required as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience as a project manager, preferably within the restoration industry
• Must have solid knowledge of residential and commercial construction
• 2+ years’ experience using Xactimate and Eagle View Project Estimating Systems/Software
• Ability to research, interview and hire sub-contractors who possess the qualifications, work ethic and execution standard of the Servpro Team
• Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills; must be detail-oriented
• Ability to recognize and solve problems independently and in a timely manner
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; experience working with adjusters is a plus
• Self-motivated, responsible and accountable
