As our $1B a year business continues to grow, we are looking for a Scheduling Manager to join our PJ Dick vertical construction team.

What the Role Involves

In this role, you will be responsible for developing project schedules, supporting project teams in critical path analysis and problem solving, and providing formal training and informal coaching to team members. You will drive Lean Scheduling concepts and facilitate Pull Planning sessions across stakeholder teams. You will collaborate with project teams on change management delays and claims. You will externally benchmark to help identify advances in scheduling practices and tools, ensuring that we remain on the leading-edge with our approaches.

Who We Are Looking For

Although technical skills and knowledge are essential, we are looking for an authentic coach who can help our teams learn through collaborative Pull Planning, 1:1 help, and formal training. This role requires drive, determination, and a high level of self-discipline to ensure successful project execution. Our ideal candidate will love a fast-paced and dynamic work environment that focuses on technical problem solving, collaboration with a wide variety of team members, and structured work product. To be successful in this role, you will need to be comfortable working in different locations – whether that be our corporate offices or jobsite trailers. While 8+ years of experience in scheduling and planning is preferred, our ideal candidate is a confident team player who develops trust across stakeholders ...is a clear communicator and facilitator ... and demonstrates a high degree of critical thinking skills.
