A Consumer Loan Processor to join our team! In this role you will process and fund a full range of loans and encounter many unique scenarios; while also providing terrific internal service to our branch and contact center staff. This includes answering calls and emails on behalf of the department, scheduling final document signings at branches, as well as assisting with paystub analysis and income verification.   • Here is what a day at this job will look like!


As a Consumer Loan Processor you will…

  • Process and fund a full range of direct consumer loans within lending authority limits; evaluate background information including employment history, credit history and debt to income ratio of applicants for consumer loans
  • Review title reports and loan documentation
  • Review and mail Adverse Action letters
  • Participate in processing, funding, and servicing of indirect loans; open new accounts obtained through indirect lending program
  • Input relevant information into Indirect and host computer system; prepare and send Welcome Packets for new members obtained though indirect lending program; audit indirect loan files as assigned to ensure compliance
  • Maintain servicing of Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) and Mechanical Breakdown Protection (MBP)
  • Process Visa closures & payment protection cancellations
  • Process Balance Transfers and due date changes
  • Analyze pay stubs and tax returns to determine income verification
  • Assist Contact Center and Branches with loan processing

Our ideal candidate will bring to the team…

  • Two years’ experience processing consumer loans; within a financial institution preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Your compensation:

$20.00 – $23.50 per hour – based upon relevant experience

Your hours:

A in-person schedule Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
