REHAU Automotive LLC is seeking a Continuous Improvement Project Assistant (OEX) to be located at our Cullman, AL facility.
Responsibilities
Job responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and consolidating project progress and supporting the project as well.- Interface between Project Management, Sub Project Leads / Sub Leads and also Supporting Units as well e.g. from Headquarters
- Communication and Coordination of Best Practice and CIP-Measures
- Follow up and document action plans
- Steering and consulting regarding to standard documents
- Creating / Support for Management presentations
- Checking of effectiveness of measures and activities
- Monitoring deadlines, Identify and communicate gaps of financial targets, measure- and action plan status
- Initiate coordinating and tracking of countermeasures
- Support at internal Audits, record Audit results and countermeasures
- Tracking and supporting workflows in idea management system.
- Knowledge and practice of Continuous Improvement Process - CIP, 5S, Lean Management
Qualifications
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Associates degree preferred in Industrial Systems Engineering, or other relevant degree
- Must have good data entry and advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of Lean Management
- Ability to conduct training and speak to large groups
