POSITION SUMMARY:

The Contract Administrator supports contract and data management for the TEAL Team. The Administrator works with the Director of Contract Management to review and manage business contracts for financial agreements like business proposals, company purchases and management agreements.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Analyze and interpret a wide range of documentation
    • Review contract terms and conditions between various parties
    • Maintain files for contracts containing original contracts, relevant correspondence, amendments, clarifications and payment schedules
    • Clarify the terms of contracts with the Director of Contract Management and TEAL Team
    • Ensures standardized language and guidelines for contracts
    • Obtain contract-related information from relevant parties
    • Review contracts, verifying accuracy and resolving discrepancies in line with company rules and guidelines
    • Ensure relevant documentation accompanies contracts and maintain digital & hard copies of relevant documentation
    • Coordinates document management within TEAL ERP & CRM systems
    • Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
    • 5 years professional experience; 3+ years contract review experience
    • Proficient knowledge of legal requirements pertaining to relevant contracts
    • SAP/ERP experience preferred
    • Advanced MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized
    • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Excellent reading and comprehension skills; along with strong proofing ability to detect errors & inconsistencies
    • Strong analytical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities
    • Able to work productively independently and as part of a team.
