Raytheon Technologies has a great opportunity for an early career candidate to fulfill a role within the Enterprise Services (ES) Finance organization. ES spans multiple financial areas and candidates will have an opportunity to be considered for a role within our Orders to Cash (OTC), ICMS (Integrated Contract Management System) group located in Massachusetts. This position is hybrid, which means the selected candidate will be expected to attend ad hoc training and working sessions in the office as needed.

The OTC department seeks to maximize cash performance from point of contract award through final invoicing for Raytheon Technologies’ main business units. As a government contractor, you will be utilizing SAP and contract management software. Responsibilities for the Contract Analyst include, but are not limited to:

Integrated Contract Management Systems:

• Input contractual data of various types of government, commercial and foreign contracts in accordance with policies and procedures into the Integrated Contract Management System.
• Setup contracts and proposals for filing and reporting purposes
• Communicate contractual or procedural issues to contract managers that delay contract setup
• Ability to pull important information out of large contracts for proper loading of contracts
• Work closely with contract managers, APEX Contract Set-up and customer invoicing to ensure timely processing of contracts
• Participate in Core Specialist Projects to effect process improvement
• Understand FAR regulations as they apply to the execution of contracts
• Willingness to travel and participate in ad hoc projects

Required Skills:

• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent analytical skills
• Works well in teams and collaborating with others
• Experience with Microsoft Office and understanding of related applications
• Experience meeting tight deadlines and working in a schedule driven environment

Desired Skills:

• Experience in a financial setting working with numbers, detailed data, and computations
• Relevant internship or co-op experience
• Knowledge of SAP

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar discipline. 3.0 GPA and above. Please submit a copy of your transcripts with your application.
