ATC Healthcare Services is looking for a professional Contract Specialist to join our Corporate Office team located in Lake Success, New York. The Contract Specialist is a full-time position that reports to our Vice President of Contracting.

Responsibilities of the Contract Specialist include:

• Assisting with the contract process for multiple offices
• Bid preparation and proposal writing including reviewing, editing, organizing, and formatting all levels of formal RFP's and/or RFQ's
• Developing technical proposals based on existing proposal templates.
• Conducting research, gather information, and attend meetings that may be needed for specific proposals.
• Collaborating with local offices and other departments as necessary to produce a complete proposal package.
• Coordinating with the VP of Contracting to develop and maintain updated proposal templates
• Working with Vendor Manager Systems to help office personnel get logins for multiple platforms
• Working with other members of the contract dept.

Qualifications:

• Experience in reading and extrapolating contracts
• Exceptional analytical, creative problem solving, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Technologically proficient and not afraid to learn new technologies
• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of Contract database – Contract Safe a plus
• Knowledge of Vendor Manager systems: Shiftwise, AYAConnect, Stafferlink, Simplify,Trio, Workforce 2.0, focusoneconnect, etc. a plus
