A growing custom automation company, that designs and sells engineered-to-order and custom machinery has a great opportunity for a Controls Engineer. This role will support the controls design, Programming, and Commissioning for Automation Projects.
Responsibilities:
Concept development in support of unique customer requirements
- Programming, debugging, commissioning, and installation support.
- Programming of systems, processes, and machines as required to meet the needs of customers.
- Detailing of designs including design reviews, verification, and validation.
- Support of Sales, R&D, Manufacturing, and Service as Required.
Commissioning for Automation Projects.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
- Experience in PLC and HMI programming primarily using Allen Bradley
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Direct hands-on experience in manufacturing development
- Proven machine conceptualization and programming skills
