What You’ll Do:

Work in concert with a talented team with responsibility for the preparation of a varied menu in a relaxed restaurant style setting. Partner with the Executive Chef on menu options and contribute your creativity to planning and executing catering and community special events. In addition, work with the dining team to ensure a safe and sanitary environment using accepted food preparation standards. All of our team members focus on providing a high level of customer service.

What You’ll Need:

A high school diploma or GED preferred, a Culinary Training Certificate or a degree in Culinary Arts is preferred. An understanding of food production standards, menu development, plating, HAACP standards, and proper temperature documentation.

Who You Are:

Someone who loves to cook and use your creative skills to deliver an outstanding resident experience. Team player who is a self-starter, has a passion for seniors, great customer service skills and the ability to multi-task.
