Growing company seeks Dietary Cook AM shift for their beautiful 120 bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Tacoma
Must be fully vaccinated and be able to show proof for this position.
We are seeking a full time and part time Cooks to join our amazing dietary team. As a Cook, you will be a crucial member in providing care for our residents by preparing and providing high quality, nutritious dining experiences for them.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare quality meals according to menu specifications and in compliance with federal, state, county and facility guidelines
- Demonstrate awareness of safety rules in the kitchen and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Maintain kitchen sanitation according to performance standards
- Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures at all times
- Safely operate all kitchen equipment and dish washing machine
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Experience/Qualifications:
- 1 year Cook experience in a Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility is preferable
