Cook's Assistant Job at Denali Universal Services
Great opportunity for a Cook's Helper to work on the North Slope with Denali Universal Services! Under the supervision of the Head Cook, the employee is responsible for satisfying the needs of the client by ensuring high quality and cost effective services, assisting in the preparation of meals, preparing salads and other dishes as requested by the Head Cook.
- Rotation Schedule: 3 weeks on/3 weeks off
- Lodging and food provided at job site
- Travel to/from Anchorage to the Slope
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in quantity food production
- Current Food Workers Card
- Able to proficiently speak, read, understand and write English
