A regional leading acute care hospital located in northern North Carolina is now seeking an experienced Supervisor Medical Laboratory Technologist to join their award-winning healthcare team.

With more than 200 inpatient beds, this hospital offers a variety of services for any healthcare need. This location specializes in emergency medicine, critical care, women’s and children’s health, diagnostic imaging and laboratory services, cardiovascular care, surgical services, and much more.
Reporting to the Director of Laboratory Services, the Supervisor Medical Laboratory Technologist will lead daily operations of the lab including systems control, equipment maintenance, performs complex laboratory procedures, develops procedure manuals, and assists with recruiting and training. The Supervisor will also represent the laboratory department in various committees and hospital meetings. This is a full-time day shift position with 7-10hr shifts and rotating weekends.
Requirements Include:
- Associate’s level degree or higher, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Current certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist, Medical Technologist or Clinical Laboratory Scientist
- Prior working experience in a hospital laboratory setting
