Responsibilities

• Accurately track payments and expenditures associated with purchase orders, invoices, and statements.

• Reconcile statements to accounts payable schedule and prepare checks, ensure payment is received for outstanding credit.

• Responsible for processing Corporate invoices and expenses and any other account that requires the expense to be splitted between more than one store.

• Responsible for processing check requests related to Corporate expenses.

• Responsible for setting up and managing Prepaid expenses for all stores on a monthly basis.

• Responsible for responding to vendor inquiries regarding payment.

• Prepare analyses of accounts and produce monthly reports.

• Accounting/bookkeeping experience
